- Engineers: Must provide genuine academic and government credentials. Providing fraudulent documents will lead to a permanent ban.
- Property Sellers: Must provide authentic ownership documents. We reserve the right to reject listings that appear suspicious or unverified.
4. No Brokerage / No Guarantee
Balaji Builds is a platform for direct connection. We do not act as real estate brokers and do not charge commissions on transactions. While we verify documents to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee the final outcome of any project or property transaction.
5. Limitation of Liability
Balaji Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the conduct of any third party (buyers, sellers, or engineers) on the platform.
6. Contact Limits
To protect our professional network, we enforce a daily limit on the number of engineer contacts a single user can reveal. Circumventing these limits via multiple accounts or automated tools is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
